About Me

My photo
Rhema Thompson
Born in Long Island, NY. Moved to random places like Racine, WI and Cranston, RI. Received a bachelor's in Journalism and Sociology from the University of Connecticut (go Huskies!) and a Master's in Broadcast Journalism from Columbia University (their sports teams aren't too great, but I hear their journalism program is pretty good.) Wrote for The Hartford Courant, The Newport Daily News and Courthouse News Service. Spent a year and a half working for CBS News. Wanted to see more of the world. Moved to China. Started a blog. Wrote some more. Got back into journalism. To be continued...
